EDUCATIONNAL ESCAPES

Do you work within a social or medico-social organisation and are seeking a specific intervention to create meaningful change in an educational situation?
Consider an innovative response
Nature and whitewater as an educational tool: this is the foundation of our approach.
This is at the heart of what we do - and a conviction we put into practice all year round.
Both a sports instructor and social worker, François has been working since 2020 within the association PEP29, where he coordinates the Apprentis Riders programme: a support scheme for young people from child welfare structures, using water sports as a vehicle for personal development.
This dual expertise — sporting and educational — allows us to design sessions that are far more than leisure outings: they are structured educational experiences, purpose-built to address specific individual or collective situations.

Session formats
Individual Session A tailored intervention centred on a single young person, encompassing a preparation phase, a nautical activity, a shared meal, and a equipment storage period. Each stage is regarded as an integral part of the educational process. The attendance of a professional from your organisation is optional, subject to your recommendations and the objectives established prior to the session.
Group Session Designed for groups of up to four young people, accompanied by a designated professional from your organisation. Objectives include fostering a positive group dynamic through an innovative activity, encouraging constructive interpersonal relationships, and providing each participant with an opportunity for personal challenge and the development of self-esteem.
Family Session A format specifically designed to support family time: we accompany a young person and their family during a session delivered in partnership with a professional from your organisation. This shared experience, removed from the everyday environment, is intended to open new relational spaces and strengthen family bonds.
Same-Day Written Report
Following each session, a written report is transmitted on the day of the intervention. This document includes our observations throughout the session, key moments identified, and relevant information to be shared with your team.
It serves as a practical tool to support ongoing educational follow-up and ensure continuity between our interventions and your organisation's care provision.
